Hello! Welcome to Straight Paths: Trusting Him for the Journey. The title is inspired by Proverbs 3: 5, 6 which you can find under the sidebar, “Walking Guides.” This is a verse that God has used time and again throughout my life – to the point that I now consider it “my” verse.
I first trusted God as a 10-year-old child. That story is the first post on the home page. A more detailed explanation concerning God’s invitation to trust Him is found under the tab titled “The Way.”
I’ll be blogging about my journey with God and the lessons He’s teaching me through life circumstances. Some of this journey has been over rocky ground; other times I’ve enjoyed the straight paths. I invite you to revisit these places with me and perhaps share some of your own journey. Let’s grab our walking sticks and be on our way.
